Spark Wellness will teach you why movement is so important to help you reach your goals and will give you tips and a plan for what to do to speed up your metabolism, build muscle and increase your endurance.

If only relaxing was easy. Relaxing takes practice and there are tools to help you reduce overall stress as well as calm yourself in the moment. If your days are filled with too much stress, losing weight becomes difficult and you may find yourself eating when you aren't physically hungry. I can provide tips to help you identify the sources of your stress and methods to mitigate its impact on your daily life.

After years in corporate marketing, I stepped away to build a business centered around what I’m truly passionate about—helping women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies.
As a mom of two, I wanted more time with my kids, but I also wanted to create something meaningful. I started my personal training business in 2017 and quickly realized that workouts alone weren’t enough—especially for women in midlife.
Through years of coaching, I saw the same pattern: women doing everything “right” and still not seeing results.
That’s when my approach evolved.
Today, I combine personal training and nutrition coaching with advanced education in blood work analysis, women’s hormones, and peptide therapy to create a fully personalized, data-driven experience.
Because in midlife, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
I help women lose fat, build muscle, and feel better by understanding what their body actually needs—so they can stop guessing and start seeing results that last.
